Metal Siding comes in both exposed and concealed fastener systems. In most cases, they can be installed over a wood substrate, open framing and stucco or cement [at a slightly higher cost]. On exposed fastener systems, the screws are painted to match the material to minimize they look and come with a special grommeted washer.
